The CB2 Malibu Design Studio is CB2's first-ever design studio, officially opening its doors on May 11, 2023. It's a more specialized version of traditional CB2 stores and it's targeted towards interior designers and homeowners seeking serious home redecoration. Though it is a smaller version of CB2’s traditional footprint, at about 2,200 square feet, the California store serves as the physical companion to its online interior design services. And while there will be some take-with product from its standard assortment, the studio will offer exclusive “few-of-a-kind” merchandise and live botanicals as well.
